Limited Warranty Coverage

CellSonic Regeneration ESWT devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase when used in accordance with all operating instructions and maintenance requirements.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, we will:

  1. Provide remote technical support to diagnose and resolve device issues
  2. Repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the owner
  3. Cover all labor costs associated with warranty repairs
  4. Provide a temporary replacement unit during the repair period to minimize clinic downtime (we will cover all the shipping of your unit to us, and you will cover the shipping of the new unit to you and back to us)

Rapid Exchange Program

To ensure minimal disruption to your practice:

  1. If an issue cannot be resolved through remote technical support, our Rapid Exchange Program will be activated.
  2. We will immediately ship a replacement CellSonic Regeneration unit to your facility. 
    1. (the practitioner is responsible for this shipping cost)
  3. You will receive the replacement unit before sending your device for service.
  4. Use your case to return your device for repair; it is advisable to use cardboard around your case. 
    1. (DOD is responsible for this shipping cost) 
  5. Our technicians will repair your original unit.
  6. Once repaired, the original unit will be returned to the practitioner. 
    1. (DOD is responsible for this shipping cost) 
  7. Once the practitioner receives the original unit, they will return the exchange unit to the nearest DOD warehouse. 
    1. (the practitioner is responsible for this shipping cost)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions
  2. Normal wear and tear of consumable components
  3. Cosmetic damage not affecting device performance
  4. Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  5. Damage from accidents, fire, floods, or other natural disasters
  6. Damage from power surges 
  7. Devices with removed or altered serial numbers
  8. Damage from use of non-approved accessories or attachments

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  2. Our technicians will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely
  3. If remote resolution is not possible, our support team will authorize and arrange the Rapid Exchange process
  4. Documentation of the purchase date may be required

After Warranty Period

After the one-year warranty period expires, service plans can be purchased to extend protection for your CellSonic Regeneration device.
